Bikram 30 day challenge Day 4

Eagle pose

Day four and I’m feeling strong. Breezed through the standing series. The only concern was I felt a twinge (and not in a good way) in my right knee during Eagle pose (pictured above). Hopefully this won’t be an issue going forward. The floor series was a little more challenging as my back felt sore, not injured sore, just working out sore. Tomorrow will be my first 6am class, yikes!
