Yoga Eating

One of the great ancillary benifits of taking yoga everyday is that it makes it much easier to stick to eating healthy. I know it’s only been 4 days but I haven’t eaten any junk, cookies in particular are always my weakness and with a house full of kids there are always plenty of cookies around. Bikram says that the yoga will curb cravings and so far so good. I’ve always found that to be true on yoga days but with only going three or four days a week that leaves lots of days with cravings. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had a couple of sweet tooth cravings but so far I’ve been able to reign those in with fruit. I’m cookie free this year! Oh yeah, I did have one jolly ranger yesterday- grape. 😄
