The dreaded 6am class! The hardest part was getting up!! Today was definitely the most challenging day so far. My back is sore during class but not enough to deter me. I can feel the difference in many poses from coming 5 days in a row in that, although I’m sore, I am able to go a bit deeper in several poses since starting. The hardest pose today was standing stick (below), I can really feel the soreness in my back when doing this one.
Right after class today I felt a tremendous burst of energy as I got in the shower. I literally felt like I was bouncing off the walls, pretty cool!
