Back in the hot room at 6am and I felt much better today. Back still sore but the brittle old man feeling is gone. Short turn around meant no time to get stiff, I guess.
So, there are two entrances to our studio. Front and back. Front you go up a flight of stairs to the studio, back you go down a flight. I’ve been using the back because I like how sore my legs feel after class while climbing those stairs, feels good to know you’ve worked your body.
