First thought as I tumble my sore body out of bed at 5 am, “can someone give me a massage?”. As I drive to class I feel soreness in my shoulders like I worked out hard with weights. Today could be a difficult class to make it through. However, once I make it through the opening breathing and half-moon I feel great and power through class! I hold standing head to knee and standing bow pose for the entire length of the postures. Yesterday I felt really strong during the floor series but today I feel strong in both the standing and floor series, what’s going on? I think this was my best class since I started the challenge!
Fixed firm pose
As I lowered into fixed firm pose I looked in the mirror and….. wait…. what’s that…….is that an ab?? haha, maybe it was a shadow. Feelin’ good!
