When my kids were younger they thought the words were “stepped on a pop tart”, haha.
Why am I telling you this? Because this came to mind last night………….when I cheated……..when I slipped……on a pop tart.
Today I am mad at myself, but last night that pop tart tasted sooooo good. Brown sugar cinnamon, with icing (may as well go all the way, right?). I don’t know what happened, I was feeling so good, I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks, I was approaching the half way mark both in my challenge and my weight loss goal and then….. I opened the cupboard…..that little box caught my eye….. the last thing I remember is eating that pop tart. Oh boy did it taste good.
So there, I’ve come clean. I’ve done the blog of shame. Now, back to the challenge.
